01 What the AI processes
Messages entered in the demo are sent to an AI service so the app can
choose the right workflow and prepare a response. Do not enter
sensitive information or details about another person.
Process Foundry does not create a server-side chat history. Raw chat
text is also excluded from application error logs.
02 When you send an email
The name, recipient address, and reviewed document are sent through
Microsoft 365 for delivery. They are not written to the SharePoint
saved-jobs list, and the demo sender does not keep a Sent Items copy.
Contact enquiries include the details entered in the form, including
an optional Australian phone number, and are delivered to the Process
Foundry inbox through Microsoft 365. The site does not save a
separate database or SharePoint copy. The visitor email is used as
the reply address.
Microsoft and the recipient’s email provider necessarily process the
message to deliver it, and the delivered copy remains under the
recipient’s control.
03 Saved-job lookup
Customer and job searches use preloaded fictional SharePoint records.
Stored sample email addresses are not returned to the browser or used
as recipients. Visitors enter their own recipient address before an
invoice can be sent.
04 Security information
The demo and contact form use separate signed 24-hour cookies,
one-way IP-derived signals, request counters, and self-hosted ALTCHA
checks to limit automated use. Raw IP addresses are not
intentionally stored in the quota data.
